CIVIL PROJECTS
We use a team effort to deliver value to our customers. The resources of one branch often support others in accomplishing projects by providing additional crews and equipment. Combining forces and careful planning allows many projects to be constructed. Our work includes military, residential, commercial, office buildings and warehouses with a broad range of complexities from renovations and finishes valued below $100,000 to comprehensive land development and commercial structures with values exceeding $20,000,000.
We offer thorough and comprehensive construction services with expertise in budgeting; project scheduling, bidding, construction and turnover. Our construction experience allows us to value engineer a building. Our staff has hands-on experience with architectural review and construction practices that eliminates nonessential costs while providing the end user with a top quality facility.
As the building team of architects, engineers and owners struggle with cost, durability, maintenance and energy efficiency issues of a project, a discussion with our firm is beneficial. Not only can our team finish the job but also make recommendations for installation requirements, code approvals, cost benefit analysis and time constraint forecasting. Let our engineering staff assist the structural engineers to ensure design compatibility, which translates into project cost savings.
